While we tried very hard to ensure compatibility for all the devices that the game supports, we are getting some reports of problems with certain devices. e.g. Nexus 4, Nexus 5 running KitKat as well as one or two reports about issues on Galaxy Note2 and Note3. These are issues that we have not been able to reproduce. e.g. one of our devs has a Note3 and the game works some fine.
If you are having issues with the game on a specific device, please try the following:
Delete the game from the device
Completely power down the device and restart it
Upgrade to the latest version of the Android OS. Restart the device if/when prompted
Upgrade to the latest version of your device manufacturers system OS (e.g. HTC One requires the latest HTC update). Restart the device if/when prompted
Download and re-install the game on the device
If you have disabled the device's auto-rotate feature, please read this KB article and unlock it. The game only runs in landscape mode
If none of that solves the issue you are having, please read this ticket submission article and open a ticket. With your assistance, we may be able to figure it out and get it fixed if a problem does remain.
